Goin' Down Down Down

I am so glad that Bill sold our stock award when he did. The market looks horrible in response to the "stimulus" passing. I am also glad that our hope is in El Shaddai who is all sufficient!

Sometimes you just need to rock.....

Sorry if I scared you! I was getting ready for Bible Study on Friday and the kids and I were jamming to Boomin' by Toby Mac. Bill, Bridget and I went to a Toby Mac concert when I was pregnant with Laura Ann. Barlow Girl opened and they all rocked Ozark for God!! This song has been on my heart. It is pretty simple. It talks about having a heart full of God and worshiping with the diverse family of God. It rocks! Hope that I didn't get anyone in trouble with autostart! (And yes I really love to sing the opera part at the end and Will can't stand it!)

Looks like we need a thermostat for the car. It should be around $10 for the part. The labor..courtesy of that man I was thanking God for. This little job will compete for his time preparing to teach our Sunday School class this Sunday. Praise God in this also!

Thank You God

My car was running hot this morning. Turns out that it only needed coolant as it was bone dry in that area. Thank you God that I have a husband who is handy and can figure out these things and much more complicated issues. Thank you God that we don't have a major expense just as it is time for the enrollment deposit for school. I also thank you for the times that we did have major expenses all lumped together. They made us very aware of our total dependence on you.

28And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him,[a] who[b] have been called according to his purpose.
Even if it turns out that something else is wrong with the car, even this little thing is for our good.
